Murambi Genocide Memorial Center

This site has been preserved in memory of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide that took almost 1,000,000 lives while the world stood by and watched.

The Memorial Center is located in an old school near the town of Gikongoro in the South-west secton of Rwanda approximatly 30 minutes from our main museum in Butare.
